Puerto Vallarta real estate market
Sales slowed in 2026 and homes are taking longer to sell, while sellers have mostly held their asking prices. House inventory has grown fastest, so house buyers have more choice and more room to negotiate than a year ago. In October 2026 the head of AMPI Riviera Nayarit said excess inventory is pushing some prices down.
