Meet Amir
I'm Amir Abusaidi, a British luxury real estate advisor based in Puerto Vallarta. For more than six years I've helped buyers and sellers across Banderas Bay, from Puerto Vallarta to the Riviera Nayarit: luxury condos, homes and villas, beachfront and rental properties, and land, from residential lots to commercial parcels.
I work with clients who live here on Banderas Bay and with clients who buy or sell from the US and Canada. If you're here, we meet and view in person. If you're abroad, the whole process works from a distance: live video tours, honest side-by-side comparisons and a clear timeline, so you can decide with confidence before you get on a plane.
Before I recommend anything, I run the numbers myself: comparable sales, price per square metre, closing and holding costs, HOA fees, realistic rental income and, for sellers, an estimate of the capital gains tax. I look at every property the way an owner would: what it costs to hold, what it can earn and how easily it sells later.
